The tenant is reporting the roof is leaking after recent heavy rains. The leak needs to be repaired along with other potential issues with the roof. Unfortunately there are no photos as I'm in Sydney and the property is in Brisbane. It's a 4-bedroom low-set brick house with tile roofing. I hope this helps. - Due date: Flexible
While Lachlan was onsite right away and did the job within a couple hours, I find the fee of $350+commission quite hefty for a single tile repair with silicone, and I still have to go ahead with the original quote from qualified roofers who guarantee their work to stop the leaks. Not so happy.
